| Sarah Shears treatment: Performed regularly this seven stage treatment, relieves tension in the muscles of the neck and shoulder, relaxes facial tension, stimulates new cell growth, tones the skin and balances and harmonizes energy. This thirty minute treatment should ideally be carried out initially once a week for a period of four to six weeks and then every few weeks to maintain the visible effects.
