I am yoga teacher with many years of experience. I teach yoga inspired by therapeutic alignment of Anusara yoga which helps us to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
In my classes you will be practicing strengthening postures, simple flowing sequences and therapeutic alignment based on Anusara Yoga principles of alignment. Relaxation and Meditation help you to calm the mind. Classes are suitable for beginners.
What is great about yoga is that it's suitable for all ages and people of all abilities. I believe, that yoga can not only improve people's health and state of mind but can also change lives!
